Hidden Gems - Terms and Conditions
Due to the popularity of classes we are restricting the number of children per class. If the class you wish to attend is full then you will be added to a waiting list until a place opens up or we open a second class for your age group.
Please arrive wearing comfortable clothes you can move in and bring along some water. We do have Hidden Gems T-shirts you are able to purchase these will be ordered each January.
You are kindly requested to give a half terms’ notice must be given in writing of the intention to stop classes, or the equivalent fee will be payable. (This will be 5-7 weeks depending on the length of the term)
Missed classes due to illness or unavoidable absence unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Fees are due in advance of each term. We offer a reduced rate for classes when paying upfront. For the discount to be given this must be settled by the second lesson of the term. Any late payments of fees will be charged a late fee of £5 per week.
We offer a sibling discount of up to 25% on any second child regularly attending.
Payment on a class-to-class basis is allowed but only by prior arrangement. This will not be allowed for classes that are at capacity. However, ALL missed lessons must be paid for.
